Core Organizing Team
The core team that coordinates the entire conference, oversees collaboration across all teams, and defines the conference’s direction and policies. We are the navigators of the conference, ensuring that the event runs smoothly and achieves its goals.
Administration Team
Handles all administrative affairs, including documentation, meeting minutes, and internal communication. We are the lubricant of the team, ensuring that every process runs smoothly.
Agenda Team
Responsible for program planning and speaker invitations, the Agenda Team is the core producer of the conference’s content. We review a large number of technical submissions and select the topics best suited for the conference, ensuring that attendees can hear high-quality content.

Operations Team
The guardians of the venue on conference day, responsible for traffic flow planning, equipment setup, and emergency response. We are the unsung heroes behind the smooth running of the event, and we need strong adaptability to face all kinds of challenges.
Design Team
Responsible for the key visual identity and merchandise design, depicting SITCON through colors and lines. We pursue visual excellence, transforming abstract concepts into concrete forms and bringing everyone a polished visual experience.
Finance Team
Manages the conference’s finances, ensuring that every dollar of sponsorship and budget is used effectively. We need meticulousness and patience to handle complex reimbursement, accounting, and budgeting work, serving as the solid backing behind the event.
Documentation Team
Captures every highlight of the conference through photography and video. We are the guardians of the conference’s memories, preserving every touching moment.
Production Team
Responsible for the conference’s audiovisual equipment and livestreaming systems, ensuring that every session is presented smoothly to all participants. We bring technology and art together so that every talk can be delivered at its best.
Development Team
Make the website go whoosh.
Editorial Team
Responsible for producing and proofreading all written content, including website copy, promotional materials, and press releases. We convey the spirit of SITCON through words, ensuring that every message reaches its target audience accurately.
Marketing Team
Responsible for external promotion and community management, helping more people discover SITCON through various channels. We are the spokespersons of the conference, promoting the event to the world with creativity and passion.
